A BCD is a complex product — during use, the bladder, cover, hardware, and seams all wear out. We make exact replicas of BCD and wing bladders using the Hot Air Welding method, and also perform custom modification of Cordura covers.

Example project — OMS Wing 60 lbs bladder
To repair a BCD, we fabricate an exact replica of the bladder. In this example — an exact replica of an OMS Wing 60 lbs bladder, made from modern Nylon 270 material with a TPU coating. The work was done using the Hot Air Welding method.
If your gear (BCD, wing) has failed, that’s no reason to buy an entirely new product. We’ll make an exact replica of the bladder in any configuration from durable materials, or perform a quality repair of your existing bladder using machine sealing.
