Trilaminate Dry Suit

The Custom Master trilaminate dry suit is the base model in our own production line, combining a precise individual cut with proven materials from England and Germany.

The model comes in three material options: Light (up to 2.5 kg) — for maximum mobility and travel with gear; Medium (up to 4 kg) — a balanced option for regular dives in cold water; HD Cordura (5–6.5 kg) — increased resistance to abrasive surfaces, the bottom, and rugged gear.

The production process includes two cutting stages: first a fitted mock-up pattern is made, working out all of the customer’s individual measurements. Once the fit is confirmed, the suit is cut from the chosen trilaminate to the exact pattern parameters — this accounts for the diver’s body proportions far more precisely than a standard sizing approach.

All seams are sealed by vulcanizing with machine heat-tape. Hardware, seals and boots are agreed individually when placing the order. Cut and zipper placement are to the customer’s request. All suits carry a 2-year warranty.
